I learned the proper way to say goodbye to loved ones while attending the University many years ago. No matter how irritating the visit, I recognized that when I left I wanted a clean slate where love was the only thing that could be felt.

Many of us have learned this lesson and it deserves repeating. We may find our loved ones irritating, but they are who we’ve got. We want to remember the good and have them feel the warm embrace of our love in our absence.

There are other familiar ones who we embrace because they are what we have got… irritating and as unlovable as they may seem. Our feelings, attitudes and beliefs are what we have got. We hold on to them like they are family.

We hold on to anger, resentment, fear, feelings of unworthiness and suspicions that we are being used.

It’s time to say goodbye. These feelings, ideas and attitudes are where we give away our power. They are what make us feel drained, kicked down and vulnerable.

Our mindset creates our experience. If we want to be treated with esteem, we must value ourselves. If we want to be utilized instead of used, we must drop our idea of being a victim.

It’s time to say goodbye to these beliefs that make us feel small. They no longer serve us. We can choose new feelings, attitudes and behaviors that will get create new experiences that bring more value to us and to those around us.

Positive thinking, affirmations and acting “as if” will only get you so far. When stress hits hard the old way of being will pop back without any discussion with you. There are simple ways to eliminate the energetic patterns so that you get to choose, decide and live the life you prefer.

This is the season of renewal. Resurrection. Revival. Recreation.

Some of you have commented on the ho’oponopono training I have shared with you.

It is an extraordinary tool for renewal.

I’ve asked you to put your attention on the feeling of having what you have been waiting for. You are very familiar with the feeling of waiting and wanting. Waiting and wanting are very strong attractor energies.We have been emitting and receiving the vibrational
frequency of NOT HAVING.

The planet is ripe for renewal and much of the citizenry is focused on the blessing and miracle of resurrection. Let us leverage this planetary frequency that eases change and find ourselves on the other side.

Let us find ourselves and get comfortable holding the energy of HAVING. Let us remove all “waiting and wanting” and shift into “HAVING” with the pleasure of freedom and choice.

Let us celebrate having. Let us build that neuropathway into a superhighway going where our sweetest dreams lead us.

Early in the 20th century, missionaries started to bring medicine to Africa along with their message. Word spread that their powerful medicine was preventing devastating diseases that had ravaged and killed many people in their communities.

When word  got out that the medicine would be given, people walked for days and lined up for miles. The reusable needles used for the injections were thick and got blunted with use. The powerful medicine was delivered with an intense pain that was associated with the amazing value of disease prevention.

When the thin, disposable, almost painless needles were introduced, the lines stopped forming. People were suspicious. They believed that powerful medicine required a powerful hurt.

Pain free health was “Too good to be true.”

They turned down the painless path and the hard reality of disease returned.

Eventually those who were willing to have faith convinced others that pain free health was possible.

Polio, a crippling disease that spread like wildfire,  has all but disappeared. You and I only had o swallow some sweetened medicine to be protected for a lifetime. Remember?

What about pain free wealth?

We are taught that you have to work long and hard for our money. No pain, no gain.
